Ways to deal with rust
There are not many effective ways to deal with old rust. All of them are based on the use of acids.
Alkaline products wash rusty plaque much worse. Many store products do not work on old rust or do not fully cope with their task.
How to clean a bathtub from old rust
Take 1 medium lemon and grind in a blender. Pour some of the juice into a separate container and soak the sponge in it, which is to be worked.
Transfer the lemon gruel to a jar and add 2 tbsp. l. toothpaste. Stir the mixture and apply a thin layer on the rust, leave for 40-60 minutes.
Wipe dirt with a sponge and rinse with clean water.
