Each housewife has her own secrets of cooking juicy cutlets.

The meatballs are surprisingly delicious; they just melt in your mouth.

For cooking, you will need the ingredients: 600 grams of minced chicken, 2 apples, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 onion, 2 eggs, 2 cloves of garlic, 5 tablespoons of flour, a pinch of black pepper and frying oil.

Peel the onion, cut the apples into small pieces.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil, first the onion, then the apples. Fry until the onion is done.

Now combine the apple-onion roast with minced meat, add the garlic passed through the press.

Salt and pepper, add eggs, mix thoroughly.

Form cutlets of small size and roll in flour.

Cutlets will be even tastier if you use corn flour instead of regular flour.

Fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown.

Serve on the table with any side dish; also such cold cutlets go well with salads.
