This does not mean that quail eggs cannot be boiled. It's only important to do it right.
The main thing is that the product is cooked quite simply and quickly.
As with chicken eggs, it is better to avoid the appearance of cracks on the shell.
To do this, you need to get the eggs out of the refrigerator in advance, and put them in water only after they will warm up.
It is also worth considering that the eggs in the pan should be filled with water so that the water level is somewhere a centimeter higher.
Be careful and add a little salt to the water, and when it boils, turn down the heat.
From this moment on, you need to mark the time and cook quail eggs for no more than 5 minutes – hard–boiled and 1-2 minutes - soft-boiled.
When ready, pour the eggs with cold water.
Quail eggs contain trace elements that are easily absorbed by the body, and are also recommended for use in the prevention of respiratory diseases.
