In order for you to see the contents well, enough light must fall on it. Therefore, it is best to put the cabinet opposite the window, in extreme cases, on the side. It should not be placed next to a window. If the cabinet has hinged doors - they should open freely, leave space in front of it.
How to occupy an empty corner in the living room
An empty corner in the apartment makes the interior unfinished. It can be occupied with something useful or pleasant: put an accessory for additional storage or a full-fledged piece of furniture, for example, a chest of drawers. In the corner it is convenient to organize a place for relaxation or a hobby: arrange books, musical instruments in it.
