Cleaning Tip: How to Properly Clean your Broom

A dirty broom carries dirt and dust around the house. That is why it is so important to clean the cleaning agent itself.

The easy and quick way to clean your broom

Experts recommend cleaning your broom at least once a month if you use it regularly.

If you are cleaning particularly dirty places, clean the broom immediately.

If you do not clean your broom, it will not clean your house, but rather pollute it.

What you need for cleansing:

• Rubber cleaning gloves;
• Bucket;
• Dishwashing liquid;
• Nylon brush;

Purification process

Put on gloves and use your hands to remove all debris and dust from the broom.

1. Fill a bucket with water and add dish soap.
2. Dip the brush in soapy water.
3. Clean the broom gently with a soapy brush.
4. Rinse the broom with clean water to remove soap and dirt residue.
5. Wipe the broom handle with a damp microfiber cloth.
6. Shake the broom to remove excess water.
7. Place the broom in a dry, ventilated area or outdoors.

Regular care will extend the life of the broom. If the broom does not perform its function or is not suitable for your flooring, replace it with a new one.

Try to remove dust, hair and other debris from the bristles after each cleaning. Carry out wet cleaning 1 a month.
