When you use glue, it's almost impossible to prevent glue from getting on your bare hands, especially if you work without gloves.
While sometimes these tiny drops of glue won't harm you, they can also glue your fingers together and create a rough and unpleasant surface on your skin.
Here are a few tips on how to get rid of it.
Start by rinsing the affected area with soap and warm water.
Gently rub the glue-affected skin while washing to loosen it.
Apply a small amount of oil, such as vegetable oil or baby oil, directly onto the glue.
You can also use petroleum jelly (like Vaseline). Let it sit for a few minutes to soften the glue.
After the glue has softened, use your fingers or a soft cloth to rub or gently scrape the glue off your skin.
Be careful not to rub too hard or scrape too forcefully to avoid skin irritation.
If there is still glue remaining, repeat steps 2 and 3 until it is completely removed.
It may take a few attempts to get rid of all the glue.
Once the glue is removed, wash the area with soap and warm water to remove any oil or residue.
