The smell from shoes appears when the feet sweat, and the shoes do not have time to ventilate and absorb moisture. Because of this, bacteria multiply and an unpleasant odor appears.
Substances will absorb the moisture that is present inside the shoes, and with it the “aroma”. Pour the inside with soda or salt, leave for a night or several days, and then shake it well.
Mix equal parts water and vinegar in a spray bottle. Spray the solution inside the shoes and let it dry.
You can also soak a rag or paper towel in vinegar and place it inside your shoes. Leave it there for a few hours or overnight.
Put tea bags in your shoes at night and they will absorb the unpleasant odor like a sponge. Baking soda and baby powder work the same way. Fall asleep inside, and in the morning gently shake or vacuum.
Wash your feet with soap at least once a day. We also advise you to use a special brush or foot grater - with its help, it is easiest to remove dead and dead skin cells.
Use deodorants and talcum powder on your feet to reduce sweating; make sure there is no fungus; use a foot scrub or mechanical cleansers (pumice, files, and brushes) to remove dead skin; wash your feet two to three times a day if possible in an emergency.
