If the fur coat is not badly damaged during storage and there are no serious stains on it, then you can clean it yourself.
Nevertheless, if you feel that unpleasant odors and serious dirt have appeared, we recommend taking your fur coat to the dry cleaner.
Benefits of dry cleaning: You can choose different cleaning methods.
To remove dirt and add shine, wipe the product (in the direction of hair growth) with a solution of washing powder or shampoo for wool in a ratio of 1:100 or in the same proportions with a solution of ammonia.
The solution must be washed off with a damp foam sponge.
You can wash fur by hand or in a machine; this can only be done once per season.
When washing by hand, soak it in a soapy solution for half an hour, and then carefully begin brushing with a soft brush in the direction of the pile.
You need to rinse first in warm water.
A soap solution made from dishwashing gel will deal with greasy stains.
If it doesn't come off, rub it with gasoline.
Dry cleaning from greasy traces is carried out with talc, starch, baking soda.
The powder is poured onto the stain, rubbed gently into the pile, left for a couple of hours, then shaken off or vacuumed.
