The secret to preparing this dish is that you need to coat the chicken in egg white before cooking.
Cut the chicken breast into portioned pieces - medium-sized straws.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
The yolk must be mixed with chicken fillet, here we send starch, salt and chopped garlic, starch and mix the components.
Beat the protein well with a mixer or blender until a dense foam is formed.
Now you can start frying the fillet.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, dip the meat in whipped protein and fry over medium heat, covered with a lid.
Serve with vegetables as a separate appetizer or with your favorite side dish.
