Everyone loves to eat potato pancakes, but few people like the preparation of this delicious dish.
As soon as you realize that you have to grate potatoes for half an hour, the desire to taste potato pancakes immediately disappears.
However, there is one easy way of cooking. Potato pancakes are made simply and quickly.
For cooking, you will need the following ingredients: 1 kilogram of potatoes, 1 onion, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of flour, a pinch of salt and pepper, spices, dill, parsley, spring onions and sour cream.

Cut the vegetables into pieces and chop with a blender.
It is better, of course, to use a food processor, but a blender does an excellent job of chopping potatoes if they are cut into pieces.
After chopping, the potatoes need to be squeezed out, as a liquid squash will turn out. If pancakes are fried from such potato dough, they will stick to the pan and burn.
Add pepper, salt, finely chopped dill, parsley and spring onions, spices, eggs and flour to the squeezed potatoes.
Mix and turn the dough with a spoon on the pan, forming pancakes.
Fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Serve up with sour cream.
You can pour pancakes with melted butter or you can use sour cream. Delicious pancakes are ready. Enjoy your meal!
