Before washing, the blanket should be knocked out and spread on oilcloth.
A liquid stain remover is applied to the stains, which is subsequently removed with a dry sponge.
Next, apply liquid detergent to the entire surface of the product and, using a sponge, clean it with warm water.
Is it possible to wash the blanket itself
You can wash a blanket with laundry detergent, but then add an extra rinse.
Liquid detergent washes out better and is gentle on filler fibers, and therefore we recommend using it whenever possible.
How to properly wash a blanket
The water temperature should be around 30°.
You need to wash in a delicate cycle with a low (800 rpm) spin speed.
It is recommended to set the double rinse mode.
When washing by hand, the same recommendations apply as for a wool blanket, which were mentioned above.
Which blankets cannot be washed
Down, feathers Feather and down blankets and pillows are more difficult to care for than synthetic ones.
If the products are washed incorrectly, the filling will become matted, will not dry and will acquire a damp, unpleasant odor.
You can wash such pillows and blankets no more than 1-2 times a year.
How to dry a blanket after washing
After washing, the blanket must be dried very thoroughly - preferably in the open air (but not in direct sunlight).
If after some time during use you notice an unpleasant odor, the blanket will have to be washed again or replaced altogether.
