Fried cabbage will turn out much tastier if you add a single simple ingredient

Fried cabbage is somewhat tastier than stewed cabbage, but not everyone can cook it deliciously.

Moreover, with this recipe, even an inexperienced cook can deliciously fry cabbage.

It will fit for a side dish, making fillings for pies, and also as an independent dish, for example, in fasting.

For cooking you will need:

  • 300 grams of cabbage;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 carrot;
  • salt, pepper, spices - to taste;
  • vegetable oil and milk.

How to cook

Cut the onion into half rings, and grate carrots.

Fry the grated carrots in vegetable oil and chop the cabbage.

Spread the cabbage in the pan and fry it until the smell of fried cabbage appears.

Now, as a secret ingredient, add ordinary milk to the cabbage at the rate of ½ cup per 300 grams of cabbage.

Having poured milk, cover the pan with a lid, make a minimum fire and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated.

Add salt, herbs and spices at the end.
