Callistemon prefers bright light, but does not like direct sunlight.

If there is a lack of light, its buds may not open and dry out, and if they open, the flowers will be faded. The plant needs an influx of fresh air, but does not tolerate drafts.

How long does Callistemon bloom

Callistemon, like the jasmine flower, is an evergreen plant.

The flowering period of the crop begins at the end of May and lasts until the first days of September.

The inflorescences, which look very similar to brushes or pipe cleaners, are apical and bloom only on young branches.

In what month does Callistemon bloom

The plant blooms at the very end of spring - at the junction of two seasons.

That is why it is traditionally considered a harbinger of summer.

As if callistemon, with its flowering, marks its beginning.

Inflorescences open at the ends of the shoots.

Why doesn't Callistemon bloom

If there is little light, the buds or flowers may dry out without fully opening.

If there is enough light, then all the flowers will be bright crimson.

With a lack of light, the flowers will be paler.
