The most common reason why food burns is poor quality cookware.
It would seem that the frying pan is only 1-2 months old; it cannot be damaged.
But, unfortunately, with active use, the low-quality surface of cheap frying pans very quickly becomes unusable.
Pour 200 ml of water and table vinegar (9%) into a frying pan and bring to a boil on the stove.
You will see how the carbon deposits will begin to fall off a little, but don’t stop: add 2 tablespoons of baking soda to the boiling mixture, wait a couple of minutes, and then wash the pan with a sponge under running water.
To use this method, fill a container with enough boiling water, lower the pan until the water completely covers it, and add 2 tablespoons of baking soda.
Leave the pan for 15-20 minutes, then scrub it with a sponge or stiff brush and wash it with detergent.
Place the dirty frying pan in bags and add ammonia there.
After this, tie the bags tightly. Now you need to shake everything thoroughly so that the alcohol gets onto the entire surface of the frying pan.
After shaking, leave the bag with the frying pan on the balcony overnight.
