Just sprinkle baking soda on a baking sheet and add a few tablespoons of water to make a paste.
After 20-30 minutes, wash the baking sheet under running water with a sponge.
Please note that the enamel baking tray cannot be washed too thoroughly with a metal sponge, otherwise you will simply scratch it.
Take a pack of “extra” or medium-ground salt, sprinkle it in a thin layer on the surface of a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 100 degrees.
Leave for about 40-60 minutes so that the salt absorbs fat and carbon deposits.
This can be determined by the change in color: it will turn brown.
Sprinkle generously with baking soda, then pour in enough white vinegar to form a paste.
Spread this paste evenly over the surface of the pan and leave overnight.
Then scrape and discard the paste, scrub with a sponge, and wash with warm water and soap.
