Some people are afraid of cleaning windows, because they are afraid to fall out.

Sometimes it's just physically hard to clean your windows, because it's hard to reach them.

But how can you make your windows clean again?

Assess the situation

First, evaluate the height and accessibility of the windows.

Determine if you can safely reach them from the ground using a ladder or an extension pole, or if you need to consider alternative methods like hiring professional window cleaners.

Ensure safety

If you need to use a ladder, make sure it is stable and placed on a level surface.

Use proper safety precautions, such as having someone assist you or using a ladder stabilizer to prevent accidents.

Consider wearing non-slip shoes and protective gloves.

Remove dust and dirt

Start by dusting off the window frames and sills using a soft brush or cloth.

This will help prevent debris from spreading and smudging the glass during the cleaning process.

Apply the cleaning solution

Fill the bucket with the window cleaning solution or the detergent-water mixture.

Dip the sponge or cloth into the solution and thoroughly wet the window surface.

Avoid using excessive water to prevent drips and streaks.

Clean the windows

Using the squeegee with the extension pole or a long-handled window cleaning tool, start at the top corner of the window and work your way down in a vertical or horizontal motion.

Safety first: Once you have finished cleaning the windows, carefully descend from the ladder or step stool, ensuring your safety at all times.
