Apply a small amount of dishwashing detergent to the stain.

You can also use an all-purpose surface and textile cleaning spray.

Leave the product on the fabric for 15-30 minutes.

Be sure to blot the napkins again so that no marks remain on the fabric.

Apply the resulting solution to the stains and leave until the fabric is completely dry.

After this, wash the item in warm soapy water.

Greasy marks are easily washed off with dish gel, which is always at hand. Lather the stain, leave for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water. Mustard powder works great. Make a paste from it, spread it on the stains, let it dry, remove the residue and wash the item.

How to remove old oil stains

If you need to remove an old grease stain from clothing, use crushed chalk.

Grate a regular white block or crush it in any other way.

Sprinkle on traces of grease, leave overnight, and then shake off the chalk and immediately wash the item with laundry soap.

It is better to use a mixture of salt and soda against a dried stain.

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of these substances in 150 ml of boiling water, rub the product into the contaminated area and leave for an hour.

Then throw the item into the washing machine.

What to do if a greasy stain won’t come off

You need to soap the stained part of the fabric, sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on top and immediately thoroughly wipe the whole “mess” with a brush.

But keep in mind that you cannot wet the brush in water, since soaping has already been done with a small amount of water.

All you have to do is wait 15 minutes and put the item in the washing machine.
