What you need

  • 1 cup tomato paste or ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar;
  • 2 tablespoons of molasses;
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard;
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce;
  • 1 tablespoon of water;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

How to make barbecue sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Set the pot aside and let the sauce cool before serving.

Barbecue sauce can be stored up to 1 week in the refrigerator. Store the sauce in an airtight container.
