People don't always have lots of time to cook a proper breakfast in the morning, but it doesn't mean that they should skip it!

There are plenty of quick breakfast ideas that you can use to stay full and energetic.

Use them to start your day properly!

Yogurt Parfait

Choose your favorite yogurt—Greek for extra protein or regular for a creamier texture.

Layer it in a glass with granola for crunch and your choice of fruits like berries, sliced bananas, or kiwi.

Drizzle with honey for sweetness.

Avocado Toast with a Twist

Mash ripe avocado and spread it on whole-grain toast.

Get creative with toppings—try feta cheese for a tangy kick or add a dash of hot sauce for some heat.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds or a pinch of black pepper for extra flavor.

Peanut Butter Banana Wrap

Take a whole-wheat tortilla, spread a layer of peanut butter, and place sliced bananas along one side.

Roll it up into a wrap. You can also add a sprinkle of chia seeds for a nutritional boost.

Egg Muffins

Whisk eggs and mix in diced veggies like bell peppers, spinach, and tomatoes.

Pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake until set.

These make-ahead egg muffins are perfect for busy mornings.

Cottage Cheese Delight

Combine cottage cheese with your choice of fruits, such as pineapple chunks or mixed berries.

For added crunch, toss in a handful of almonds or walnuts.

Breakfast Quesadilla

Scramble eggs with your favorite veggies and cheese.

Spoon the mixture onto a whole-grain tortilla, fold it in half, and cook until the cheese melts.

Top with salsa for an extra flavor punch.

Overnight Oats with a Twist

Mix rolled oats with milk (dairy or plant-based) and add a spoonful of Greek yogurt for creaminess.

Let it sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with chopped nuts, dried fruit, or a drizzle of maple syrup.

Sweet Potato Toast

Slice sweet potatoes lengthwise and toast until they're cooked through.

Spread almond butter on top and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

This breakfast is not only tasty but also packed with nutrients.
