Dogs can eat basically anything, and some of them want to try out all foods they see around them.
At the same time, their bodies can't digest lots of foods their owners like.
There are some examples of food you shouldn't give to your pet friend.
Chocolate
Chocolate contains theobromine, which is extremely toxic to dogs. Your pet friend can start vomiting, and it can have diarrhea, increased heart rate, tremors, and even seizures or heart issues.
Grapes and raisins
Grapes and raisins seem to be natural and full of vitamins, but they can lead to the same symptoms, and also kidney failure - so you should keep them as far from your pet as you can.
Onions and garlic
Onions and garlic are terrible for pups in all forms, because they contain substances that can damage your pup's red blood cells, which can lead to anemia. You can notice it by weakness, pale gums, extreme vomiting, and even breathlessness.
Avocado
Avocado seems natural and harmless, but it contains a substance called persin, which is also toxic to pups in large quantities. It often causes stomach upset, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Alcohol
Alcohol is highly toxic to dogs, which is no surprise. It can cause terrible intoxication, leading to terrible symptoms like vomiting, loss of coordination, depression (yes, dogs can have it), tremors, and even coma or death.
