Take 1 liter of water. Add one glass of vinegar and 30-40 drops of glycerine to the water.
Mix well, then pour your mixture into a sprayer. Shake up the sprayer before sprinkling the mixture on the window.
Afterwards wipe your window with a clean and dry fabric.
