List of ingredients:
- 1 cup wheat flour;
- 4 large eggs at room temperature;
- 1 tablespoon white or cane sugar;
- 4 large chicken eggs at room temperature;
- 1 ½ cups cow's milk at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Salt - to taste.
How to cook
- Whisk flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs and butter in a blender for 30 seconds.
- Chill the finished mass in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Stir the dough with a spoon before using.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and brush with a little oil.
- Pour ¼ cup butter into the center of the skillet and tilt the skillet to spread.
- Fry the crepes on both sides until they are golden brown.
- Transfer the finished crepe to a paper towel lined plate.
- Repeat steps until you run out of dough.
Add oil periodically.
Serve the crepes immediately or refrigerate them for up to 5 days.
Crepes can be stored frozen for up to 1 month.
