Most people can intuitively understand that something is wrong when they see a person going through some mental issues.

They don't always look dirty or shaggy - there are lots of more subtle signs that human brain sees automatically.

Here are a few things you should pay attention to when talking to someone new who seems suspicious.

Facial Expressions

When you're happy or relaxed, your face tends to look open and friendly.

On the other hand, if you're sad or stressed, your facial expressions might show it, like frowning or looking tense.

Posture and Body Language

How you carry yourself can reflect your mental state. When you feel confident, you might stand tall and walk with assurance.

If you're feeling down, you might slouch or move more slowly.

Eyes and Gaze

Your eyes can convey a lot about how you're feeling. When you're excited, your eyes might light up.

If you're tired or upset, your gaze might look different, maybe more tired or distant.

Skin Condition

Stress or not feeling well mentally can sometimes affect your skin. You might notice changes like breakouts, dryness, or even a dull complexion.

Grooming Habits

Your mental state can influence how much attention you pay to grooming.

When you're feeling good, you might take the time to style your hair or choose a nice outfit. On tough days, grooming might take a back seat.

Energy Levels

Feeling energetic and positive often makes you look more vibrant and lively.

Conversely, when you're mentally exhausted or stressed, it might show in your overall energy and liveliness.
