According to the American Kennel Club, Shih Tzu come in a variety of colors and patterns: grey, white and brown, black, gold, liver brown, red, or a combination of two or three colors.
Shih Tzus are great in society and are very fond of traveling with their owners "on business", therefore, if possible, it is better not to leave them at home and take them with you to cafes, visits or shopping. Shih Tzu have a long, beautiful coat, which, no doubt, adorns them.
Shih Tzu often does not have a pronounced owner at home, they share love between all family members. Shih Tzu do not like loneliness and relentlessly follow their owners wherever they go. Even falling asleep, with any movement of the owner, Shih Tzu are not too lazy to wake up, get up and follow their master.
Although the smallest of all breeds, these dogs are active and fun companions. Their favorite pastime is spending time at home with their owners. Often they are very attached to their owners and enjoy the comfort of home. They can make good little guard dogs.
Walking is very beneficial for them. If walks are rare, the dog will quickly gain weight, which will affect its health. Puppies can be walked from 6 months. Walking is recommended to be organized after the pet has eaten.
