To remove grease, you can use dishwashing detergent or a soda-soap solution.
Every cooking process produces oil splashes and fumes that contain fat particles.
All this gradually settles on kitchen facades, forming a sticky layer to which dust is attracted.
What products are traditionally used to clean surfaces from grease: Concentrated solution of vinegar and ammonia.
Soda ash (baking soda) or salt, diluted in warm water with the addition of laundry soap.
Mix soda and vegetable oil in a 2:1 ratio, soak a sponge in this slurry, and apply to the kitchen set.
Leave for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
If stains remain, the procedure can be repeated. Liquid soap works just as well as oil when combined with baking soda.
The composition is applied to the stains and left for 10 minutes, after which the stains are removed with a soft cloth or a silicone spatula if the stain is burnt.
Special products are suitable for stainless steel.
