How to remove old blood stains with hydrogen peroxide

First, do a small test on the inside of the garment.

If everything is ok, pour some peroxide onto a light cloth and then apply it to the blood stain.

Hold until the blood disappears.

Then rinse with cold water and wash as usual.

To remove sweat stains, make a solution of dishwashing liquid, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda.

Mix a tablespoon of dishwashing liquid, 3-4 tablespoons hydrogen peroxide and 2 tablespoons baking soda.
