Dissolve 1 tablespoon of citric acid in a liter of warm water.
Add a couple of drops of dishwashing detergent to it, mix well.
Then wet the sponge and gently wipe the areas with plaque. After about 30-40 minutes, the fat should soften - remove it with a damp, lint-free cloth.
To remove grease, you can use dishwashing detergent or a soda-soap solution.
The composition is applied to the stains and left for 10 minutes, after which the dirt is removed with a soft cloth or a silicone spatula if the stain is burnt. Special products are suitable for stainless steel.

Soda and boiling water - pour 1 liter of boiling water into the drain hole to dissolve the grease in the sewer.
After a few minutes, pour a glass of soda into the drain and add a little more hot water.
Baking Soda and Vinegar - Pour 1/2 cup of baking soda down the drain and 1/2 cup of vinegar. After two hours, rinse the pipe with boiling water.
