To prevent germs from multiplying, it is important to periodically disinfect your toothbrush.
One procedure per week is enough.
The easiest way is to put the brush head down in a separate glass with an antibacterial rinse or a special disinfectant solution for brushes once a week for 10-15 minutes.
After each use, the bristles should be rinsed thoroughly under running water, carefully moving them apart.
It is best to pour boiling water over the bristles.
To disinfect a toothbrush, regular white vinegar is suitable, pour it into a glass, immerse the tooth bristles in it for half an hour.
You can leave it overnight; the strength of the toothbrush will not be affected, but millions of bacteria and germs will simply be destroyed.
Mix two teaspoons of baking soda and one cup of water to create a cleaning solution.
Soak your toothbrush for a few minutes, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Add one teaspoon of 3% hydrogen peroxide to one cup of water and blot the bristles before brushing.
