A minimum of meat in the diet is good for health, especially for the cardiovascular system.

What meat alternatives are there

Avoiding a meat-based diet can lead to deficiencies in important nutrients, including vitamin B12, iron, calcium, zinc and omega-3 fatty acids.

However, there are many plant-based foods that can serve as alternatives, from soy products (milk, tofu, tempeh, edamame) to spirulina and a variety of legumes (beans, lentils, peanuts).

Whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, buckwheat, bulgur), as well as mushrooms, hemp seeds, hemp protein and various nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews).

A vegan diet excludes all animal products, replacing them entirely with plant-based analogues.

Vegan dishes are based on ingredients such as vegetables, tofu, agave syrup, soy and oat milk, which replace traditional meats, fish, dairy products, eggs and honey.

This ensures a balanced intake of all essential nutrients while completely avoiding animal products.
