Making a sandwich for a whole week is convenient, quick and easy. Cooking time will not take you more than 50 minutes. Simply freeze sandwiches and reheat in the microwave when needed.
What you need
- 12 raw eggs;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 1 pack of fresh spinach;
- 6 slices of toast or ciabatta;
- 60-100 grams of green pesto;
- 12 slices of any cheese;
- 250 grams of ham;
- salt, pepper to taste.
How to cook
The cooking method consists of 6 simple steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking dish with foil.
- Whisk eggs in a blender along with salt and black pepper.
- Add spinach to the mixture, bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Cut the cooled eggs with spinach into 6 equal parts.
- Arrange the pesto, eggs, cheese and ham on the buns.
The sandwiches are ready. Cut the sandwiches in half, wrap in cling film and foil.
Send the finished sandwiches to the refrigerator or freezer.
Before reheating the sandwich. Remove the foil and cling film from it. Use the high power of the microwave to warm up the sandwich faster.
