What you need
- 4 chopped medium sized radishes;
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or other salad dressing
- 1 cutlet of mashed potatoes;
- 2 slices of bacon;
- 1 egg;
- Arugula or other greens.
- 100 grams of canned chickpeas.
- Salt, black pepper to taste.
How to cook
- Fry the mashed patty in the deep fryer.
- Combine radishes, chickpeas, dressing and herbs in a separate bowl.
- Fry the bacon in a skillet until golden brown.
- Put the fried foods in oil on a napkin to drain the fat.
- Fry the eggs in the oil that the bacon was fried in.
- Add greens to a bowl of radish; throw your coat.
- Top the radishes with herbs and chickpeas with a fried egg and bacon.
