To remove rust, you can use a bleaching gel, regardless of the color of your clothes.
To do this you need to: Apply the gel to the rust stains and rub well into the fabric. Leave to act in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Using a cotton pad or sponge, apply a 3-6% peroxide solution to the stain; if it is heavily soiled, you can even pour it onto the rust.
Sprinkle baking soda on the area to enhance the whitening effect.
After 30-60 minutes, start washing as normal.
Salt and vinegar. This option for removing rust from fabric is best suited for denim.
Vinegar and salt should be mixed into a not very thick paste, applied to the stain and left for several hours.
Next, the item is rinsed and the stain should disappear.
If necessary, the procedure must be repeated.
Lemon acid. Dissolve 30 grams of citric acid in half a glass of water and heat without letting the liquid boil.
While the solution is still hot, pour it onto your clothes and leave for 10 minutes, then rinse under cold water.
The procedure can be repeated twice if the rust was not removed the first time.
