To make it tasty, you should know some tips and tricks on how to do it correctly.

Here's how you can cook amazing baked fish.

Choose the Right Fish

Opt for fresh fish like salmon, cod, or tilapia. The fish should have a clean, ocean-like smell. Check for clear, bright eyes and firm flesh.

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to around 375°F (190°C). Ensuring the oven is hot when you start baking helps cook the fish evenly.

Prepare the Fish

Rinse the fish under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Removing excess moisture helps the fish get a nice sear and enhances the flavors.

Seasoning

Season the fish with your favorite flavors. A classic combination includes salt, pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil.
