There is a lot of prejudice and stigma around mental disorders.
Having a mental illness doesn't mean you can't find love and you're not worthy.
You deserve better and definitely deserve love.
Since mental disorders can add complexity to a relationship, it is important that your partner is a patient and calm person.
It is important not to be shy to be open, share your experiences and ask any questions you may have.
Through trial and error, you will be able to understand each other and learn to interact, solve problems and conflicts.
To build a healthy and comfortable relationship, it is important to be able to communicate your needs, set your personal boundaries, and talk about your emotions and feelings directly and openly.
Every person is different and it is important to share who you are.
Another person will not be able to find out on their own, figure it out or read thoughts.
If you can't deal with relationship issues on your own, you can try couples therapy.
Remember that every person is worthy of love, respect and support.
