Incredibly airy and delicious lemon cake can be prepared if you measure the amount of all the ingredients in 12 tablespoons.
You don't even need to make cream for this cake. Simply mix the ingredients and send the form with the dough to the oven preheated to operating temperature.
For cooking you will need:
- 3 eggs;
- 12 tablespoonfull of sugar;
- 12 tablespoonfull of milk;
- 12 tablespoonfull of vegetable oil;
- 12 tablespoonfull of flour;
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon;
- 7 grams of baking powder.
How to cook
Break the eggs into a bowl and mix with sugar, and then beat with a mixer.
Add milk and vegetable oil and mix.
Then add the lemon zest and juice, flour and baking powder and mix everything thoroughly.
Grease a baking dish with butter and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the cake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the cake from the cake pan only after it has cooled down.
You can decorate it simply by dusting it with powdered sugar or melted chocolate.
