Nettle fertilizer is well suited for fertilizing plants such as tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, onions, and zucchini.
How to use nettles to feed plants in the garden
You can water the beds with nettle infusion no more than once every two weeks.
In addition, you can also use foliar plant nutrition - spraying on the leaves.
To do this, the concentrated nettle infusion is filtered, diluted with water and sprayed on the plants.
Foliar feeding is usually carried out once a month.
How to properly prepare nettle fertilizer
First you need to prepare nettle stems with leaves. To collect nettles, use pruning shears and rubber gloves.
Grind the shoots into small pieces of arbitrary size and place the resulting mass in a plastic barrel.
After this, the barrel needs to be filled with warm, about 30-40 degrees, water.
Infuse the mixture for two weeks.
Throughout the entire period, the mass is stirred daily.
After this, water the roots with the solution or spray the leaves of plants in the garden.
