The uniqueness of the recipe lies in the fact that instead of the type of pasta offered by us, you can take it to your taste; replace the type of seafood.
What you need
- 1 pack of spaghetti;
- Peeled mussels, shrimps, squids.
- 1 medium chopped shallot;
- 4 chopped garlic cloves;
- ½ cup parsley;
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 glass of dry white wine;
- 4 tablespoons of butter;
- Lemon, parmesan - for serving;
- Salt, black pepper - to taste.
How to cook
Boil spaghetti or other pasta for 3 minutes less than directed on the package. Set aside 1 cup pasta water to prepare the sauce.
Heat up a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add seafood, salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the finished seafood to a separate container and set aside.
In butter, 2 tablespoons, fry shallots, garlic for 3 minutes.
Add white wine to the onion mixture and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, add shrimp, lemon juice, parsley, 2 tablespoons butter, cooked pasta, and 1 cup water left over from cooking to skillet.
Cook pasta for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove the skillet from the heat, grate the Parmesan cheese over the top and add the lemon zest.
