How to quickly take a break from mental work
In order for the brain to quickly rest from mental work, it is enough to do a regular warm-up.
If you attend sections and clubs, the issue will be resolved on its own.
When this is not possible, go for a walk with friends in the park, ride a bike, or take up a hobby.
It will relieve mental fatigue as if by hand.
How to relax between jobs
Schedule rest and take regular short breaks at work: for example, 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of rest.
After four such cycles, you need to take a longer break - 15-13 minutes.
Choose comfortable time periods that allow you to be most productive while avoiding anxiety and stress.
