Sound sleep has been found to enhance outcomes across various health conditions, from cardiovascular and metabolic disorders to mental health and even dementia.

Conversely, sleep disorders like insomnia, narcolepsy, and excessive sleepiness can give rise to severe health complications and are prevalent worldwide.

The findings revealed that replacing sedentary behavior with moderate-to-intense exercise yielded improvements in sleep quality.

Replacing sedentary behavior with moderate-to-intense exercise was found to improve sleep quality, particularly in women. 

These findings contribute to the growing evidence highlighting the importance of physical activity for promoting good sleep.
